In 1993, Mordechai and Georgette Elgrabli bought Rekah Ltd. from its
original owners and reincorporated it as a private company, Rekah Pharmaceutical Industry Ltd.
Under the new management, the company was restructured to become a more comprehensive Healthcare business, vertically as well as horizontally.

Under the roof of Rekah, other companies, including Ophir-Shalpharm, Madad, Center-Pharm and Pharmaclinic, and RITE, owned by the Elgrabli family, were included.  Thus, Rekah, in addition to enlarging its line of products, also became involved in importing, marketing, and distributing pharmaceutical products and cosmetics.
